An exciting Senior Manager, IAM (Financial Services) job has just become available at a leading company in the financial services industry based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Senior Manager, IAM (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a major role to develop long-term strategic improvements for IAM/PAM operations function and leading the IAM operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement strategies to reduce risk, introduction automation and reduce manual activities
• Manage the PID operations team to develop a strong culture aligning to business needs and adhering to SLAs
• Maintain and improve the operational process, procedures, documentation
• Ensure audit readiness, reviewing logs, controls, and documentation
• Manage team and individual performance via coaching, training, performance appraisal, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be equipped with strong IAM background managing PID and experienced leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in InfoSec, working experience in IAM specialising in PID
• Strong exposure to service/operations management and improvement
• Experienced leading a team and overseeing functional operations and targets
• Technical knowledge of IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC/ITIL are plus points
