About the IAM Platform Support, SailPoint (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a major role to provide primary technical support for SailPoint application and the related integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operational support on the platform hosting SailPoint application
• Perform system health checks, performance monitoring, patching, upgrades, maintenance and issues troubleshooting
• Support the resolution of incidents and problems within the team
• Support the resolution on issues highlighted during the Sailpoint integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployments
• Support go-live transition from project to operational delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need to be equipped with good years of experience with end-to-end support for SailPoint application.

Key Requirements:

• More than five years relevant experience in SailPoint application
• Hands-on experience on deployment and supporting the latest versions of SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
• Good infrastructure knowledge, both on-prem and cloud technologies
• Experienced with programming languages, web technologies, databases, etc.
• Familiar with cybersecurity principles and concepts
• Automation tools knowledge and experience is a plus
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certified is a plus
