Senior Network Security Engineer

About the Senior Network Security Engineer Role:
You will be responsible for managing the bank’s network security through daily technical support and maintenance, updating network security policies, upgrading the network security solutions, and reporting on security status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical support and maintenance for any network security request, incident, or enhancement
• Detect, protect, respond, and recover network threats across the bank’s network security, including Web Application Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response, Network IPS, Network APT, NAC
• Provision the configuration and administration for network security solutions within the bank
• Propose and implement holistic network security policies based on the industry best practices
• Handle vendor management to ensure the bank’s network security is always up to date on industry solutions
• Manage network Security reporting and documentations

To succeed in this Senior Network Security Engineer role, you will need to be a highly driven and motivated individual who is passionate about constantly improving the bank’s network security, ensuring it is highly protected and secure.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any equivalent major
• Five years of network security experience including design, analysis, and IT security network management
• Proven track record in enhancing network security infrastructure and improved protection against IT threats and vulnerabilities
• Prior background in financial services or related field would be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Positive and proactive work ethics
