Manager, Cloud Security

An exciting Manager, Cloud Security job with multiple vacancies has just become available at a multinational insurance and finance corporation. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of the business’s cloud environment.

About the Manager, Cloud Security Operations Role:
You will be playing a major role in the business’s Cloud Security Team in ensuring all cloud projects are securely built and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the BU project and Digital Security teams in understanding new cloud solutions and projects
• Develop processes and operation guides to ensure smooth transition to Cloud Security Operations
• Be the focal point of contact for all Cloud Sec Ops automation and enhancements
• Provide regular updates about team progress to Senior Management and other Stakeholders
• Ensure all Operational tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs
• Regularly interact with BU top management to ensure timely resolution of all identified threats/vulnerabilities/alerts
• Be the focal point of contact for RPA security operations
• Manage operations of the Azure cloud security tools (Redlock, Twistlock, Azure Key Vault, Azure Security Centre, Tenable, etc.) by interfacing with various internal teams and vendors
• Conduct impact study of various alerts and categorisation based on priority
• Manage reporting, dashboarding, following up and tracking with the different BUs/Projects in ensuring all the identified threats/vulnerabilities/alerts are resolved in a timely manner within the agreed OLAs
• Implement and manage security tools in the other approved CSPs (AWS, Alicloud)
• Keep track of the latest cloud security threats and tools to see how it can affect business cloud offerings
• Help develop processes and documentation around the operational functions of the GTR Cloud security team
• Maintain the RBAC model and operations support in creating, maintaining and deletion of the various IAM roles within Azure, AWS
• Regularly monitor cloud compliance and vulnerability management tools

The successful Manager, Cloud Security Operations person is a high-potential and motivated individual who goes the extra mile to make a difference while working closely with the business.

Key Requirements:

• Good at people management and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 10 years of experience in the IT field
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing a team of specialists
• Minimum of three years of experience in a delivery management role
• Minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity
• Knowledge in Azure, AWS, Alicloud
