An exciting Wireless Solutions Sales Manager job has just opened at a global telecommunications firm based in Malaysia. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations to account managers on how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements to develop customer relations.
About the Wireless Solutions Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will develop wireless solutions for various customers based on the organisation’s product portfolios, customers business model and competition environment. Each solution must address specific needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations to account managers on how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements. Build customer relationship and prospects via your communication skills and technical knowledge
- Develop wireless solutions for various customers based on the organisation’s product portfolios, customers business model and competition environment
- Effectively present how the proposed solutions provided address specific needs of customers
- Develop customised network solutions to show the organisation’s added value and benefits to customers
- Manage key customers in terms of product requirements and business development. Promote the organisation’s wireless solutions and brand via participating in workshops, exhibitions, and seminars in an active role as presenter
To succeed in this Wireless Solutions Sales Manager you must be results-oriented and have a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent
- Six years of technical sales experience in wireless network solutions and product management
- Good knowledge and understanding of wireless network architecture and various network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/ 2G/3G/4G/5G/NBIOT), and their evolution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to carry out key product and solution messages during customer engagements
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to manage complicated projects involving multiple teams in multiple locations
