ServiceNow Platform Analyst (FMCG)

In the role of ServiceNow Platform Analyst, you will be an integral part of a service team, responsible for developing, designing, and managing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The position requires providing administration, application/module development, maintenance, and technical support using best practice techniques to configure solutions and enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Administer day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components.
• Produce essential documentation such as project plans, technical designs, developer notes, and user manuals.
• Perform core configuration tasks, including system policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Create and manage update sets for moving customizations between ServiceNow instances.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and collaborate with process managers to understand business needs and areas for improvement.

What you bring:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including third-party integrations, and certification as an Implementation Specialist or Application Developer.
• Proven experience working as a team member to implement change and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Restful API, PowerShell) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with code migrations between instances and providing remediation feedback on defects.
• Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, design, and programming techniques.
