ELK Stack & DevOps Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Observability & Platform Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our observability platform with a focus on ELK stack products. This role involves designing and implementing scalable monitoring solutions while co-leading CI/CD strategy across development and deployment lifecycles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and global standards compliance and driving technical excellence.

What you'll do:

• ELK Platform Leadership: Architect, deploy, and scale Elasticsearch clusters; design ingestion pipelines; implement APM/tracing for end-to-end visibility; build dashboards and automate alerting.
• DevOps & Release Orchestration: Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end; create automated release orchestration processes; optimize infrastructure and content delivery using tools like Ansible.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead technical design reviews, advise junior engineers, collaborate with Security/Compliance teams, and advocate observability standards across engineering teams.

What you bring:

• 10 years of experience in Platform / DevOps Engineering with minimum 3 years working on ELK or similar Observability tools at scale.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ELK stack (Elasticsearch internals, Logstash/Beats ingestion, Kibana dashboards).
• Strong knowledge of observability tools (APM, metrics/logs/traces) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Cloudbees, OpenShift, Ansible).
• Agile-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, familiarity with ITIL processes.
