Automation Engineer (Pioneer Team)

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to lead infrastructure automation initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize IT workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, along with a strong understanding of automation best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, enforce compliance, and improve system reliability.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement automation solutions to optimize IT processes.
• Use IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible) for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Develop and maintain configuration management solutions to ensure consistency and security.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation and application deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, configurations, and deployments.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies proactively.
• Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices.

What you bring:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure automation engineering or similar roles.
• Experience in IaC tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible, or other relevant technologies are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in service orchestration and API-based automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
