L3 Azure Cloud & Security Architect

A leading IT Services firm is seeking an L3 Azure Cloud & Security Architect, focusing on providing Level 3 support, resolving complex faults, and driving continuous improvements across infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in domain services architecture, Azure identity management, data security solutions, and DevOps practices.

Key Skills: Azure Architecture, Active Directory & Domain Services (User Management, DNS, PKI, Federation Services), ITIL-aligned processes, Domain Services Architecture, Microsoft Azure Identity Management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, MFA), Data and Application Security (Microsoft Purview, Insider Risk Management), Defender XDR suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps), email security protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF), DevOps practices for automation, mentoring and leadership.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and implementation of Domain Services Architecture and Azure Architecture.
• Automate workflows using DevOps practices to optimize service efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve incidents/service requests related to infrastructure technologies such as networks, systems, and cloud.
• Proactively analyze client infrastructure performance and provide recommendations for stability and efficiency improvements.
• Analyze network/security event data from devices to align with best practice standards.
• Configure and administer infrastructure with advanced identity/security management deployments.
• Develop processes ensuring effective operation of controls, policies, and procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exemplary service and domain expertise.

What you bring:

• Minimum 6+ years of IT engineering/operations experience with demonstrated expertise as a Technical Lead.
• Advanced knowledge in Domain Services Architecture and Azure Architectures.
• Proven competencies in Active Directory & Domain Services (User Management, DNS management, PKI).
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Identity Management (EntraID, Conditional Access, SSO).
• Strong knowledge of Data/Application Security tools like Microsoft Purview (Data Loss Prevention) and Defender XDR suite.
• Experience with email security protocols such as DKIM, DMARC, SPF configurations.
