Cloud Infrastructure Manager (Healthcare)

A leading healthcare group is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to oversee the implementation, optimization, and security of their cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources while aligning cloud strategies with business objectives. The position requires strong technical expertise in cloud technologies longside leadership capabilities to guide and mentor teams effectively.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute cloud strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design architectures for new applications and plan cloud migrations as needed.
• Formulate IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to the cloud environment.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices.

What you bring:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT with team leading experience preferred.
• Hands on experience in Cloud technologies and systems / infrastructure management for strategy & roadmap planning.
• Experience in software development or Devops is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage operations/support functions and handle project management responsibilities under pressure when required.
