SRE Lead (Pioneer Team)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced SRE Lead to drive service reliability, automation, and operational excellence in a cloud-based environment. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, reducing incident response times, optimizing infrastructure security, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and release management while leading a high-performing SRE team.

What you'll do:

• Ensure 99.99% uptime by driving service reliability and capacity planning.
• Automate deployments, reduce manual toil, and standardize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Manage incident response processes, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery plans.
• Enforce security standards to achieve compliance and prevent critical incidents.
• Lead and mentor the SRE team while embedding reliability into the SDLC and influencing architectural decisions.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Expertise in scripting/programming (Bash, Python, Go) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking principles, cloud architecture, and site reliability engineering practices.
• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
