Senior Group Enterprise Architect (Cloud)

As the Senior Group Enterprise Architect (Cloud), you will define and govern the Group-wide cloud reference architectures and target state. This role will lead enterprise-scale cloud adoption strategies and ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant with regional regulations across regional markets. You will drive modernization efforts, establish cloud landing zones, and create migration blueprints to enable seamless integration and future readiness.

Key Skills: Cloud architecture (Azure, AWS), enterprise-scale cloud transformation, regulatory compliance (MAS TRM, GDPR, etc.), hybrid/multi-cloud integration, solution design, governance frameworks, FinOps, stakeholder engagement

What you'll do:

• Define the Group’s cloud target-state architecture and adoption roadmaps for various cloud technologies.
• Develop and govern cloud reference architectures for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM, GDPR) and industry standards.
• Lead large-scale migration programs for legacy workloads to cloud platforms.
• Standardize practices for IaC, DevSecOps, observability, and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Collaborate with CxO-level executives to influence business cases and secure alignment on cloud strategies.
• Provide technical assurance for solution designs and guide workload placement decisions.
• Partner with risk management teams to ensure audit readiness and adherence to security baselines.

What you bring:

• 15 years of IT/architecture experience with minimum 5 years in enterprise cloud architecture leadership.
• Expertise in various cloud services, including Azure services (landing zones, AKS, Synapse) and AWS services (EKS, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of hybrid integration (networking, identity) and financial management of cloud spend (FinOps).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence CxO-level executives and regulators.
