What you'll do:
As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's IT infrastructure. You will drive the development and implementation of IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps in Office 365. Your expertise will be vital in leading digitalization initiatives through training, integrating new solutions, and aligning with global strategies. You will also manage LAN/WAN/Internet networks by administering, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/ISPs.
* Drive the development and implementation of IT systems and applications
* Lead digitalization initiatives by conducting training, integrating new solutions, and aligning with global strategies
* Ensure compliance with IT regulations, governance, and standards while proactively monitoring and reporting on IT services
* Maintain local servers, switches, and Azure Cloud IT equipment
* Manage LAN/WAN/Internet networks
* Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations, device setups, and troubleshooting
* Stay updated with technological advancements, recommend solutions, and implement optimized systems
* Offer 2nd-level IT support to emerging markets
* Oversee and maintain IT and network infrastructure

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior IT Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in the field of Information Technology. With at least three to five years' of experience in a similar role under your belt, you have strong knowledge of IT and network infrastructure. Your proficiency in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365 sets you apart from others. You are experienced in developing process flows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. Your ability to manage IT projects independently demonstrates your commitment to delivering results.
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT role
* Strong knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365
* Experience in developing process flows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
* Proven ability to manage IT projects independently
* IT Business Partnering mindset with a clear understanding of digitalization demands
* ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
