Senior DevOps Engineer (Pioneer for Financial Services)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools. Leading a team, you will implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and release management processes. Collaboration with stakeholders, such as development teams, quality assurance, and operations, is essential to gather requirements and prioritize CI/CD initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the strategy for CI/CD practices and tools.
• Lead a team responsible for implementing and managing robust & scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and enforce CI/CD standards and workflows across environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure the security and integrity of CI/CD pipelines.
• Streamline application code integration, testing, and deployment processes.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD & Automation
• Experience leading/coaching a team is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of Java or any other OOP concept.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases is a plus.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
