Our client is in search for a skilled Solution Architect to join their expanding team in Malaysia in providing cloud infrastructure services to their growing client base. The successful candidate will be architecting and transitioning applications to the AWS platform, engaging in client education regarding AWS advantages, and facilitation between clients and internal technical teams. Strategic planning and ensuring seamless cloud solutions tailored to meet client needs.

What you'll do:
- Educate clients about the AWS value proposition and engage in detailed architectural discussions to design cloud deployment solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives to ensure successful building and migration of applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
- Take ownership of each technical engagement, ensuring timely and successful delivery of value to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans that drive increased AWS adoption among customers.
- Conduct training sessions to impart knowledge to customers evaluating or already using AWS services.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Prioritize team resources to maximize productivity and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
- Hands-on architecture experience in infrastructure, databases, or application development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or C++.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Web 2.0 development platforms, including HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs, sessions, XML/HTML.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
