What you'll do:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the technological success of our client's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include developing automation scripts for efficient infrastructure management, designing robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery, and collaborating with various teams to ensure swift incident response. You will also be tasked with monitoring infrastructure performance while ensuring its scalability and security. Your expertise will be vital in assessing system capacity requirements and implementing solutions that cater to future growth needs. Furthermore, your collaborative efforts with the infrastructure and security teams will be instrumental in optimising resource utilisation while upholding industry-standard security protocols.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management tasks, tools, deployment and monitoring
  • Design, develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines
  • Collaborate with different functional teams to address incidents and restore services quickly
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, scalability
  • Assess system capacity and performance requirement, implement scalable solutions that meet future growth needs
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security team to manage and optimise infrastructure resources

What you bring:

The ideal DevOps Engineer candidate brings a wealth of skills and qualifications to the table. You should have strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go, and be proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN is also required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud is a must. A background in site reliability engineering or a similar role would be highly beneficial. Lastly, you should have a solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of scripting language and programming language (e.g. Bash, Python, Go)
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP , AliCloud)
