• Optimise performance of data models and reports by applying best practices in DAX, data modelling, and report design.

• Support data governance initiatives by ensuring all analytics solutions adhere to established standards and promote self-service capabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation for all models, reports, and processes to ensure transparency and ease of knowledge transfer within the team.

Your proven experience as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer will include hands-on delivery of end-to-end reporting solutions using Power BI within enterprise settings. You bring deep technical knowledge of data modelling concepts alongside practical skills in SQL for managing large datasets. • Solid experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and integrating data from multiple sources; exposure to Python is considered an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of data integration processes and transformation workflows relevant to enterprise reporting.
• Proven track record designing scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions that align with key business metrics.
• Ability to define reporting requirements through effective stakeholder engagement and translate them into actionable analytics outputs.
