What you'll do:
As a Regional Product Manager – Sales & Analytics Systems based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across multiple markets. You will collaborate extensively with outsourced development partners to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance tracking capabilities and reporting accuracy. By upgrading PowerBI dashboards in partnership with the Business Intelligence team, you will transform manual processes into automated workflows that provide actionable insights for stakeholders at every level. Your ability to assess data quality issues systematically will enable you to design frameworks that eliminate manual maintenance burdens while supporting strategic decision-making. Working closely with sales leaders across regions, you will ensure technology solutions align with operational goals—facilitating cross-market learning through documentation of best practices. - Lead the end-to-end deployment of the sales tools across various markets by managing implementation planning, aligning stakeholders, conducting user training sessions, tracking adoption rates, and serving as the primary contact for tool-related issues and enhancements.
- Coordinate closely with outsourced development partners to translate market-specific business requirements into technical specifications and feature enhancements that deliver GPS-enabled tracking, visit planning, and robust reporting capabilities.
- Upgrade and standardise PowerBI dashboards throughout all markets by collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to automate manual Excel-based reports into role-based dashboard solutions that ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment.
- Assess data quality issues through systematic root cause analysis and process improvements while designing dashboard frameworks tailored to different stakeholder needs—from C-level summaries to detailed field-level information—eliminating manual maintenance burdens.
- Partner with stakeholders across regions to understand operational needs, convert them into technical requirements, and ensure technology solutions support regional attach rate improvement goals.
- Facilitate cross-market learning by documenting best practices, coordinating across diverse market conditions and analytics maturity levels, and providing regular progress updates as well as performance reporting.
- Actively manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, resolve issues constructively through dialogue, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation or optimisation within sales operations technology platforms.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders by sharing timely information appropriately and using data-driven recommendations tailored for audiences ranging from field staff to executive leadership.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI including dashboard design, DAX formula writing, data modelling techniques as well as strong SQL skills for database management; familiarity with API integrations and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success managing outsourced development teams by translating business requirements into technical specifications while building trust-based relationships with sales leaders, BI teams and external partners.
- Systematic analytical problem-solving abilities enabling identification of root causes behind data quality issues along with designing scalable solutions that drive measurable operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders while negotiating effectively and managing customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills facilitating collaborative work with internal teams—including sales marketing product pricing data centre tech customer service—to ensure high levels of satisfaction among all parties involved.
