• Define and own the long-term technology vision and artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and future scalability.
• Architect a new development process focused on managing, training, and guiding AI systems for autonomous learning rather than traditional coding practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI experts who excel in leveraging generative AI for code generation and product development.
• Foster an inclusive culture of continuous learning and rapid experimentation with emerging technologies within a globally distributed team.
• Work collaboratively with commercial leadership to ensure the product roadmap addresses B2B client needs and evolving market opportunities.
• Oversee technical integration projects for B2B clients, ensuring seamless adoption of advanced 3D tools powered by artificial intelligence.
• Act as the principal technical representative for the organisation when engaging with clients, partners, and investors across various platforms.
• Establish robust MLOps infrastructure and data pipelines to support rapid iteration, model training, deployment, and operational excellence in all AI systems.
