  • Review and troubleshoot ETL pipelines using tools such as Informatica and SSIS to identify data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, or logic errors.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for discrepancies found in financial reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform root cause analysis on incidents to identify permanent solutions that prevent recurrence and minimise impact on business operations.
  • Proactively manage all incidents and problems by prioritising issues of varying severity and escalating them appropriately to relevant teams or management.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to identify resolutions for issues and facilitate smooth transitions of releases into the production environment.
  • Adopt standard Incident and Problem Management workflows including timely ticket logging, defect tracking, change management processes, and quality issue communications via email.
