Data & Reporting Solutions Delivery Manager (Power BI)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data & Reporting Solutions Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of IT services related to data analytics, business intelligence (BI), and reporting platforms. This role will ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of data systems, provide insights to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in analytics and reporting capabilities.

What you'll do:

As a Data & Reporting Solutions Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility will be leading and executing the data strategy at the market level. You will develop analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your role includes ensuring data quality, security, compliance with relevant regulations while overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data platform. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of project milestones while managing project risks effectively.

• Collaborate closely with regional and global Data & Analytics teams to drive market D&A initiatives.
• Develop and manage analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Embark and enforce group and region data governance policies and procedures.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Lead or participate in projects related to the rollout or enhancement of analytics and reporting platforms.
• Work closely with different departments (eg - supply chain/ finance teams) to identify data needs.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the data platform.
• Manage relationships with external data vendors.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Data & Reporting Solutions Delivery Manager position brings strong analytical skills coupled with creativity. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering Power BI reports or related reporting tools. Your understanding of current technology concepts, trends and capabilities is robust. You are proficient in managing scope and expectations within a business setting. Your communication skills are excellent; you are professional, passionate, innovative and self-motivated.

• Strong proficiency in using Power BI for report generation.
• Good project management skills
• Experience in IT data products like Ms Azure data products – Fabric, Databrick & Power BI is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data management and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
