What you'll do:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing reports, dashboards and ensuring good data quality. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify key customer insights and changing needs as businesses evolve. Your expertise will be crucial in designing interactive BI Dashboards and developing propensity models.
- Design and develop interactive BI Dashboards
- Deep dive into customer’s transactional patterns
- Design and test new data-driven triggers for business
- Generate quality leads for better customer acquisition and deepening of customer relationships
- Work closely with Business and Product Units to identify new opportunities
- Participate in development of propensity model to predict and anticipate customer’s requirements

You are proficient in programming, SQL, relational databases, and have a solid understanding of visual analytics. - Strong programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational databases skills
- Strong analytical skill and statistical knowledge

- Experience in interactive Dashboard design and development
