Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in Power BI. What you'll do:
As a Business Intelligence Developer, your role will be pivotal in transforming the way our client manages their data. You will be responsible for automating and optimising reporting processes using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting other team members in their understanding of new tools.
- Work with local countries to support management reporting requirements and timeline.
- Manage the deliveries of key management reports to various stakeholders.
- Automate and optimise the reporting processes to new platforms such as Power BI.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support and train other team members to become familiar with new tools and platforms.
- Proactively review and analyze submitted data for consistency and reasonableness.
- Migrate MI output to new platforms within required timeframe and quality.
- Improve efficiency and reduce time required for BAU production process.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Business Intelligence Developer role will bring a wealth of experience in business IT, data analytics, systems or process-related roles. You will have a proven track record of successful data analytics improvement/automation implementation. Your ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, think independently, solve problems, take initiative, work well within a team environment, manage priorities effectively are essential for this role. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Suite or SQL are required along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years’ experience in business IT, data analytics, system, or process related roles.
- Track record of successful data analytics improvement / automation implementation.
- Ability to multi-task, be accountable and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong ability of independent thinking, problem solving and willing to take initiatives.
- Good with working in a team and managing priorities.
- Advance skills in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Suite or SQL.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
