Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join their Tech Team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Portfolio Management dashboards to monitor the progress of global tech projects. You will collaborate with program and project managers, as well as stakeholders, ensuring that accurate and timely information supports portfolio management & decision-making.
What you'll do:
As a Business Intelligence Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's tech transformation journey. You will manage the entire lifecycle of business intelligence solutions, from design to maintenance. Your expertise will establish robust governance processes for technology projects and transformation initiatives. Ensuring the integrity of data presented in dashboards will fall under your purview. Additionally, you will provide training and support to users while continuously improving dashboard functionality.
- Manage the end-to-end design, planning, development, maintenance, and management of advanced reporting, data analysis, visualization dashboards, and other BI solutions.
- Establish robust governance processes to maintain clear oversight of all technology projects and transformation initiatives across the Group.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information/data presented in dashboards.
- Provide training and support to users on navigating and interpreting dashboard data.
- Continuously improve dashboard functionality based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
- Work closely with program and project managers, as well as stakeholders.

With a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, you are proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- An inclination towards creative thinking and innovation when addressing business challenges.
