Product Owner (Data)

About the Product Owner (Data) Role:
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will drive the usage/adoption of the data products through underlying methodologies including usage of test and learn approach, user centricity, data and analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver data products capabilities supporting the functional strategy
Ensure scoping and functional design is delivered and supports project squads with delivery of strategic projects with respect of agreed timeline and budget
Build and manage the backlog of user stories/requirements and prioritises for development accordingly

To succeed in this role, you will need experience with SAP and Power BI.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of seven years of work experience in IT data and analytics
Knowledge of modern data organisation (Data Warehousing, Analytics, BI, Big Data, Operational Data Store, Metadata, Master Data, Unstructured Data, ETL/ELT) and Cloud Data technologies (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Informatica)
Proven track record of implementing data products
Ability to demonstrate a mix of technical skills and business processes knowledge and proven experience in rolling out a data product in multiple markets
