What you'll do:

- Take responsibility for accurate inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimising waste and loss.
- Direct fleet management activities including scheduling, maintenance oversight, and route optimisation to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage and optimise overall warehouse, haulage, and logistics operations with careful planning to meet organisational goals.
- Control operational costs by monitoring expenditures, identifying areas for savings, and implementing effective budgetary controls.
- Lead the entire logistics team’s performance by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

- Experience dealing directly with Customs authorities is considered an advantage as it enables smoother regulatory interactions.
