• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and achieving significant cost savings throughout the logistics function.
• Take responsibility for accurate inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimising waste and loss.
• Direct fleet management activities including scheduling, maintenance oversight, and route optimisation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage and optimise overall warehouse, haulage, and logistics operations with careful planning to meet organisational goals.
• Control operational costs by monitoring expenditures, identifying areas for savings, and implementing effective budgetary controls.
• Lead the entire logistics team’s performance by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

• Experience dealing directly with Customs authorities is considered an advantage as it enables smoother regulatory interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential; your ability to relate to others in a friendly yet professional manner will help build lasting relationships across teams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are needed so you can present ideas clearly during meetings or when liaising with external partners.
