Warehouse Manager (E&E)

Warehouse Manager (Electronics & Electrical Manufacturing) Our client is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join their team in Selangor. This role is pivotal in overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of mechanical components and PCB products.

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Manager in the Electronics & Electrical Manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations from goods receiving to dispatching.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and traceability of raw materials.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic components and mechanical parts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement warehouse layout and process improvements.
• Work closely with production planning and procurement teams to align warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal policies, ISO standards, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, damages, and returns.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Manager position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in warehouse management, particularly within the Electronics & Electrical Manufacturing sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with mechanical components/PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Monitor ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices, BOM (Bill of Materials), materials handling for sensitive electronics.
• Knowledge of lean warehousing practices, 5S, continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of ESD-safe storage handling procedures for electronic components.
