What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Audit & Compliance Manager (Retail), your primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy in shipment documentation by conducting thorough audits of daily inbound, outbound flows, and storage locations.

• Conduct audits of daily inbound, outbound flows, and storage locations
• Perform process-based and follow-up audits to identify risks
• Enforce compliance with SOPs and conduct ethical audits for warehouse teams
• Document audit results and discuss them with the leadership team
• Prepare clear audit reports to guide operations in implementing corrective actions
• Enhance internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies
• Analyse operational inefficiencies in warehouse functions and recommend improvements
• Evaluate audit findings to determine their severity and associated risks
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on emerging findings and progress throughout the audit

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Audit & Compliance Manager position will have a strong appreciation for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-cultural and international contexts. Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

• Professional Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or audit functions
• Strong appreciation for cultural sensitivities in cross-cultural and international contexts
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to analyse processes, make decisions, and implement improvements effectively
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with strong MS Office skills
