WAREHOUSE, CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS MANAGER (PHARMACEUTICAL)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse, Customer Service & Logistics Manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Pharmacy background. This role is based in Bangi and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage operations across warehouse, logistics, and customer relations management.

What you'll do:
As a Warehouse, Customer Service & Logistics Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, your role will be multifaceted. You will oversee the entire spectrum of warehouse operations, from reviewing purchase orders to ensuring stock integrity. Your excellent leadership skills will be put to use as you guide your team through the order processing cycle for both government and private sector businesses. Your analytical abilities will be crucial in reviewing processes to increase productivity while keeping costs at a minimum. You will also play a key role in talent management, identifying potential leaders within your team and providing them with the necessary coaching and guidance. Your commitment to safety will be evident as you set up policies and guidelines for staff safety and health measures. Lastly, your customer-centric approach will ensure that all customer queries and complaints are handled promptly.
* Review and approve purchase orders, written attestations, new accounts opening.
* Manage transfers related to Psychotropic & Controlled Items in accordance to regulatory requirements.
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring stock integrity at all times.
* Lead the whole order processing cycle for both government and private sector business.
* Constantly analyze and review processes to increase productivity while keeping cost at minimum.
* Identify potential talents and provide coaching, mentoring & guidance.
* Communicate well with all departments and actively share ideas during important meetings.
* Responsible for setting up policies & guidelines for safety & health measures of all staff.
* Constantly review vendor performances by setting KPIs and regular meetings.
* Ensure customer queries and complaints are handled promptly.
What you bring:
As a Warehouse, Customer Service & Logistics Manager (Pharmaceutical), you bring a wealth of experience to the table. Your extensive experience, spanning at least 10 years, has equipped you with a wide knowledge of SAP for managing inventories and generating internal and regulatory reports.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Hons)
* Membership of Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society (MPS)
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related working experience
* Wide knowledge in SAP from managing inventories
* Hands on experience in quota and e-permit applications of Dangerous Drugs
* Good Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge
* Excellent presentation skills
* Negotiation and analytical skills
* Customer service software knowledge
