What you'll do:
As a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in defining the operations strategy at a country level, aligning it with regional strategies. Your responsibilities will include establishing and managing warehouse, logistics, and supply chain networks for various devices. You will continuously strive to enhance customer experience while balancing costs. Identifying operational risk factors early on and implementing mitigation or contingency plans will be part of your remit. You will also manage repair logistics, ensuring timely and effective repairs and replacements. Optimising logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery and distribution of devices will be another key aspect of your role.
- Define operations strategy at a country level in-line with regional strategies
- Establish and manage warehouse, logistics, and supply chain networks for devices
- Continuously enhance customer experience whilst balancing costs
- Identify operational risks factors early and implement mitigation or contingency plans
- Manage repair logistics, coordinating timely and effective repairs and replacements
- Optimise logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery and distribution of devices
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor role brings along a minimum of 4 years of experience managing Supply Chain with a good understanding of warehouse operations, procurement, and vendor management. Experience with managing teams is preferred, as is experience in the mobile and consumer electronics service sector. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with fluency in English & Malaysia. A "can-do" proactive attitude with the determination to see through change is highly desirable. The ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organisation is also crucial.
