About the International Warehouse Project Manager Role:
In this role, you will handle all matters related to the setup of warehouses in overseas markets and implementation of warehouse design and solutions for the company’s international distribution centres. This role reports directly to the Regional Distribution Centre Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, rent or acquire warehouses globally to support business operations
• Recruit and hire warehouse managers and supervisors globally
• Develop comprehensive plans for warehouse setup and expansion projects worldwide
• Conduct site visits to assess warehouse conditions and compare to industry standards
• Oversee project delivery and team progress to meet objectives
• Ability to travel internationally to support new warehouse setup and expansion projects

To succeed in this International Warehouse Project Manager role, you will need to possess strong project management skills, knowledge in warehouse solutions and an analytical mindset. You must also be ready to travel frequently.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of six years' experience in leading automation projects, preferably in warehouse automation. Experience in the retail industry will be advantageous
• Experience in ROI analysis, risk assessment, and preparation of project proposal
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
