A rapidly growing logistics company is seeking a high-calibre Warehouse Solutions Manager. In this job, you will provide logistics solutions to work hand in hand with the sales team expand their customer base and to address requirements of potential clients to assess support feasibility.

About the Warehouse Solutions Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for taking lead in providing technical knowledge and logistics strategies to the company’s sales team in order to manage new customer and attract new business opportunities. You will also play a role in ensuring that the operations for the new customers are set up as per required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop logistics infrastructures within the company in order to provide creative solutions to customer requirements
• Develop and implement logistics strategies in line with customer requirements and to provide knowledge transfer to the logistics and warehouse operations team
• Research, plan and implement new target market trends
• Assist the sales team in client meetings with technical knowledge and design
• Understand potential market requirements and providing solutions to sales team
• Source quality and competitive prices in all matters related to asset purchase when catering to new client requirements
• Provide subject-matter expert opinion to the company’s management in order to further understand logistics trends and requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and hands-on approach in logistics solutions to convert potential leads into long-term clients and increase the company’s market share within the logistics space.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in commerce or any relevant industry
• Five to eight years of work experience within the logistics industry, preferably with warehouse solutions experience
• Strong proficiency in MS office, inventory and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
