A leading global organisation is seeking a Senior Manager Regional Procurement to join their team.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager Regional Procurement, you will be entrusted with driving strategic procurement initiatives that span multiple countries.

In this impactful role, you will:

• Provide expert recommendations on procurement strategies by identifying efficient solutions for sourcing and contracting projects.
• Support global category leaders in developing sourcing strategies that achieve ambitious targets and deliver measurable savings.
• Independently manage and negotiate complex sourcing projects, including master service agreements and professional service agreements.
• Evaluate advanced procurement models to balance alternatives and resolve conflicts within sourcing strategies.
• Lead market research activities, including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
• Conduct e-auctions, analyse supplier proposals, prepare summary reports, and recommend supplier selections.
• Initiate process improvement initiatives to simplify and standardise sourcing procedures across teams.
• Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies while managing contract renewals, negotiating terms, gathering signatures, and maintaining accurate records.

What You’ll Bring

To thrive as a Senior Manager Regional Procurement, you’ll bring substantial experience from sophisticated procurement functions where stakeholder engagement was key. Your ability to navigate multicultural environments with interpersonal sensitivity will set you apart.

• A university degree with minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within large organisations.
• Expertise in category management combined with extensive experience managing end-to-end source-to-contract processes using advanced negotiation techniques and eSourcing tools.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across different countries within matrix organisational structures.
• Strong relationship-building abilities coupled with effective influencing skills to resolve conflicts amicably while achieving shared objectives.
• Project management capabilities demonstrated through designing, implementing, and overseeing procurement initiatives from start to finish.
• Results-oriented approach supported by excellent time management skills to prioritise competing demands efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
