What You’ll Do
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business goals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Managing procurement, demand planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes across multiple locations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Leading vendor negotiations and building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and reliability.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for an accomplished leader with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the Retail industry.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
