A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Regional Procurement Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Regional Procurement Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s approach to sourcing goods and services across multiple countries.

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that align with organisational goals across the region, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
• Foster collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
• Lead contract negotiations with sensitivity and consideration, ensuring agreements reflect mutual understanding and long-term partnership objectives.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance, providing insightful analysis to inform decision-making and risk management activities.
• Support the development of procurement policies and procedures that promote ethical sourcing, sustainability, and inclusivity throughout the supply chain.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimisation and implementing best practices across all procurement activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement performance metrics for senior management review, highlighting achievements as well as areas for further development.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Regional Procurement Manager position brings extensive experience managing procurement functions across multiple countries or regions.

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Proven experience in regional procurement management within a large-scale or multinational environment, demonstrating your ability to manage complex sourcing activities across diverse markets.
• Strong negotiation abilities rooted in empathy and understanding, allowing you to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive partnerships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, contract law, and compliance requirements relevant to international operations.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market data, assess supplier performance, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Commitment to ethical sourcing practices including sustainability initiatives that reflect organisational values of responsibility and inclusivity.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that facilitate clear information sharing within multicultural environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions while remaining dependable under pressure.
