Regional Warehouse Project Analyst (Retail) Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Warehouse Project Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support project execution, analyse operation data processes, and ensure efficient coordination between stakeholders.

What you'll do:
As a Regional Warehouse Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of various projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your ability to gather and interpret data will be vital in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities with business objectives
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular status updates
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Gather and analyse business requirements to identify process improvement opportunities
- Interpret data and trends to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise business operations and system functionalities
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for smooth project execution
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend areas for improvement
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Regional Warehouse Project Analyst role, you bring a wealth of experience in project coordination, business analysis or related roles.
- 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or related roles
- Experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems or workflow automation is a plus point
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimization, and documentation
- Capability to develop and present business reports, dashboards, and insights
- Good command in English (writing and speaking) and MS office skills
