Supply Chain Excellence Specialist (FMCG Manufacturing)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to join their team in Subang Jaya. This role offers an exciting opportunity to conduct in-depth analysis for total Supply Chain process, develop strong local systems, and ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist (FMCG Manufacturing), you will play a pivotal role in conducting an in-depth analysis of the total Supply Chain process. You will work closely with local sourcing teams to identify best practices covering procurement, supply chain, warehousing system, production planning across all technology and non-technology categories.
- Conduct in-depth analysis for total Supply Chain process
- Develop strong local system / solution that aligns to global supply chain system
- Work closely with local and regional COE team to establish service level standard SOP against quality assurance measures
- Understand end user requirements through engagement of local procurement
- Review transactions, understand local inventory management system, assist in developing and implementing new processes to optimize inventory and material management
- Undertake multiple projects, manage report cycle, escalate major and emerging incidents & issues, make analysis, conduct root cause analysis, and develop long term and sustainable solution & process for a high performance business
What you bring:
As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist (FMCG Manufacturing), you bring a wealth of experience in analytics, process improvement, and cost management. Your excellent understanding of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement processes will be crucial in this role. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop data-driven solutions.
- Degree in Science-related or Engineering field.
- 10 years of substantial experience in analytics, process improvement, and cost management.
- Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience in cost optimization analysis and process improvements projects for both commercial and non-commercial projects.
