Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee their entire supply chain function for overseas operations. What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Manager (Beauty Products), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire supply chain function for our client's overseas operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inventory planning, 3PL warehouse management, distribution, and logistics
- Oversee inventory planning & management, 3PL warehouse management, distribution and logistics.
- Evaluate existing supply chain processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Recommend and implement supply chain improvements.
- Own and drive S&OP processes, consensus forecasting and demand supply balancing.
- Build strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smoothness of new product launch.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies.
- Work out replenishment planning and allocation to overseas countries.
- Negotiate terms with 3PL vendors and freight forwarders.
- Identify & mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure efficient departmental work process & procedures.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Manager (Beauty Products) position brings a wealth of experience in inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
- Minimum 6-7 years relevant working experience with 3 years’ experience in people management.
- Strong knowledge in inventory, warehouse and logistics management.
- Good knowledge in WMS/ERP system.
- Experience in freight forwarding and managing 3PL with overseas exposure.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
