About the Head of Supply Chain Role: As a Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for all supply chain activities across a wide range of functions. You will also help to drive supply chain initiatives and provide leadership to the team. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Head of Supply Chain. An exciting Head of Supply Chain job has opened up at a global FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the S&OP and Integrated Business Planning process to make sure that the company’s business plans are on track
• Coordinate with PIC of each S&OP process, aligning with each stakeholders on the goals and agenda
• Drive process improvements in line with regional standards
• Provide leadership in company initiatives such as regional sustainability initiatives, customer questionnaire initiatives, compliance and risk management initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to provide important feedback to generate supply plan and financial reports
• Be involved in management’s business review meetings at the regional level
• Manage and lead various functions within supply chain including demand planning, inventory management, logistics and warehousing
• Collaborate with supply chain colleagues in other countries and participate in regional tasks

To succeed in this Head of Supply Chain role, you will need a strong knowledge and experience in the integrated business planning and S&OP. You will also need to have the ability to think in a bigger picture and plan strategically.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field
• At least eight years' handling supply chain with experience in integrated business planning/S&OP
• Candidates with a background in FMCG or Pharmaceutical will be preferred
• Proven track record of leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge in supply chain concepts
• Proficiency in using ERP systems
