About the Senior Executive, Supply Chain Management Role: Functionally and administratively reporting directly to the supply chain management, this role requires you to execute and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations.
Performs supply chain functions including production planning, inventory control, vendor selection, and distribution
Establishes integrated processes between internal functions and external suppliers
Generates reports to ensure timely and accurate order processing across different departments
Ensures efficient delivery order processing and execution, monitoring performance indicators
Manages Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and Payment and Performance Tracking (PPT) schemes
Collaborates with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery fulfilment
Manages stock planning, purchasing, and inventory control to maintain optimal levels
Focuses on delivering excellent service and achieving high customer satisfaction
Continuously improves order processing flow and optimises processes for cost efficiency
Monitors performance gaps to enhance customer service levels
Maintains and updates the material master database
Analyses customer knowledge to improve inventory management and customer satisfaction
Assumes additional responsibilities in the absence of colleagues
To succeed in the Senior Executive, Supply Chain Management role, you will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in the function of production planning, inventory control, vendor selection, and distribution.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in supply chain, order management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with SAP R/3 - SD, MM, and PP Modules is a plus
Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of customer focus and service orientation
Meticulous and detail-oriented in all aspects of work
Ability to work with timeliness and accuracy
Capable of handling work pressure
Works under direct supervision and follows established procedures
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and exercises judgement in decision-making
Works independently with minimal supervision while regularly interacting with direct supervisor and peers for collaboration
Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
