What you'll do:

As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of developing robust sourcing strategies that drive value for the organisation. • You will provide guidance and assign tasks to Assistant Engineers and Engineers within the Sourcing team, particularly for Request For Quotation (RFQ) related activities.
• You will utilise advanced Excel skills and database management tools to analyse data efficiently, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Materials Management and Commodity Management to ensure seamless operations throughout the supply chain.
• You will monitor supplier performance regularly, addressing any issues proactively to maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
