What you'll do:
As an Indirect Procurement Manager (Professional Services), your role will be pivotal in shaping the procurement strategies within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing sourcing activities, undertaking market research, and managing both global and local suppliers. Your expertise in contract management will be crucial as you review terms and conditions, ensuring they align with organisational goals. Additionally, you will lead high-value strategic sourcing initiatives, demonstrating your excellent negotiation skills. Your proactive approach will also see you participating in strategic internal projects to manage all 3rd party sourcing and procurement.
- Develop sourcing activities RFXs
- Undertake market research and benchmarking of the supply base
- Manage global and local suppliers including performing supplier's due diligence, price negotiation and evaluation of supplier's proposal
- Participate in strategic internal projects to manage all 3rd party sourcing and procurement
- Lead and negotiate high value and complex strategic sourcing initiatives
- Provide support for SEA procurement activities
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Indirect Procurement Manager (Professional Services) position brings a wealth of experience in indirect procurement and contract management across a wide range of spend categories. Your strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced team environment. You are proactive with a customer-focused approach, always prioritising excellent customer service. Your strong negotiation skills coupled with your ability to manage contracts effectively make you an asset to any team. Experience working with e-procurement technology such as Ariba, Radix or BuyNow would be highly advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years indirect procurement related experience
- Strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management skills
- Experience in working with e-procurement technology i.e. Ariba
