Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service through the support of in-market activities such as demand planning review, inventory management, quality release process, logistics activities, contract management and more. You will also have the opportunity to proactively engage with market stakeholders in different physical locations to manage and resolve issues impacting supply continuity. Your role will involve optimising market supply chain operations and processes to effectively and efficiently support market operations.
- Maintain high level of service through support of in-market activities
- Proactively engage Market Stakeholders to manage and resolve issues impacting supply continuity
- Optimise market supply chain operations and processes
- Support key initiatives in Market by offering demand and logistics expertise
- Monitor and ensure product supply, drive communication and issue resolution process
- Manage To-Market sales and supply order management
- Support planning and execution of product lifecycle activities
- Conduct Monthly PCM (Product Change Management) reviews with Regulatory team
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Manager position will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. You should hold a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management/Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in any Supply Chain related fields is essential. You should also have expertise in using ERP systems and reporting tools. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work within a complex matrix organisation are all crucial for this role.
- Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years working experience in any Supply Chain related fields
- Expertise in use and leveraging of ERP systems and reporting tools
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis.
- Ability to make good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience and judgment.
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and within a multi-cultural environment
