Order Fulfillment and Logistics Manager (Retail) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Order Fulfillment and Logistics Manager to join a dynamic team in KL. This role offers the chance to manage and process purchase orders, collaborate closely with logistics, and provide operational support to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be part of a globally recognised brand known for its commitment towards delivering high-quality products.

What you'll do:

As an Order Fulfillment and Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing purchase and sales orders. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time shipment arrangements from inbound to outbound. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be essential in managing ecommerce orders, ensuring allocated inventory fulfils orders within set KPIs. You will also be responsible for processing non-sale orders and working with 3PL warehouses for efficient distribution.

  • Manage and process purchase orders and sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the logistics team for on-time shipment arrangements.
  • Manage ecommerce orders, ensuring allocated inventory fulfils orders within set KPI.
  • Process non-sale orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work with 3PL warehouse and transportation for efficient distribution.
  • Ensure queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible manner.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this position brings proven experience in order management or similar roles. You have a strong understanding of logistics processes which enables you to manage both purchase and sales orders effectively. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be key in ensuring that all operations run smoothly, even under pressure. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be liaising with various teams including the 3PL warehouse.
