Regional Order Fulfillment Manager (SEA And India) Our client is seeking a highly skilled Regional Order Fulfillment Manager for South East Asia and India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage daily fulfilment operations across diverse markets. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence people, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Order Fulfillment Manager (SEA And India), you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily fulfilment operations across South East Asia and India. You will be tasked with supporting commercial needs, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, managing logistics, warehousing activities, import customs clearance, and monitoring distributor performance. Additionally, you will coordinate travelling patient orders, control costs within your area of operation, and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

  • Manage teamwork for daily fulfilment operations
  • Support commercial needs by driving fulfilment related activities
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that maximize cost saving and operation efficiency
  • Manage daily task operations, logistic & warehousing activity, import custom clearance
  • Monitor distributor performance and KPI monitoring
  • Coordinate travelling patient order & book transaction
  • Control cost within area of operation
  • Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasting

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Order Fulfillment Manager (SEA And India) position brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the supply chain process. You have at least 10 years of experience in fulfilment order processing, logistics, transport, warehousing, import & export operations. Your background includes customer service experience and familiarity with various systems. You possess working knowledge of inventory planning systems and order/purchasing systems. Mastery of Excel is essential for this role.

  • Bachelor of Business Admin, Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred but not mandatory
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
  • At least 10 years of experience in all aspects of the supply chain process including fulfilment order processing, logistic, transport, warehousing, import & export operations
  • Customer service experience and system familiarity preferred
  • Working knowledge of inventory, planning systems and order/purchasing systems
  • Mastery of Excel is a must
