They are seeking a Senior Manager for Order Management to lead their operations in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager for Order Management, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations at our client's Global Business Services operation centre. You will own the operational linkage with organisational stakeholders and your Operational team, focusing on Order Management performance and improvement oversight. Your role will involve partnering with affiliate supply chain leads to ensure teams are delivering services, meeting SLA’s and metrics targets. You will also be responsible for overall team development and growth, identifying opportunities for skill-building and cross-functional staff across the services.

  • Own the operational linkage with organisational stakeholders and Operational team with respect to Order Management performance and improvement oversight.
  • Partner with affiliates supply chain leads to ensure teams are delivering services, meeting SLA’s and metrics targets.
  • Responsible for overall team development and growth, identifying opportunities for skill-building and cross-functional staff across the services.
  • Guide a team of operational leads that have direct oversight of operational activities within all order management and collateral workstreams.
  • Collaborate with regional leads and Transformation team to define the global process design, service delivery model and process roadmap.
  • Identify problems and challenges within our operational footprint and proactively work towards solutions and engineering new ways of working.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager for Order Management role will bring extensive experience from leading and working in a Shared Services Center. You should have spent at least 5 years leading a service delivery team across multiple markets and functions. Your background should demonstrate success in supporting multiple concurrent projects in a complex global environment. You should have a data/E2E process lead approach with strong analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint), JIRA, Adonis, Celonis , Tableau , Power BI , Python is essential.

  • 8+ Years of experience leading and working in a Shared Services Center
  • 5+ years leading a service delivery team across multiple markets and functions
  • Successfully supported multiple concurrent projects in a complex global environment
  • A data/E2E process lead approach with strong analytical skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint), JIRA, Adonis, Celonis , Tableau , Power BI , Python
  • Strong Communicator (written and verbal), with active listening, facilitation, interpersonal skills
