Regional Logistics Manager (FMCG) This role offers the opportunity to lead logistics strategy across South ASEAN Hub, ensuring effective and efficient delivery to the Global and Local retailers and distributors.

What you'll do:

As the Regional Logistics Manager, your days will be filled with strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaborations. You will oversee all aspects of our logistics operations from factory warehouse operations to intercompany export operations.

• Lead the strategy of factory warehouse operations including material receiving and finished goods shuttling
• Ensure operation procedure compliance
• Oversee intercompany export operation by ensuring full recovery of warehouse and logistic spending
• Oversee inbound logistic strategy and planning
• Oversee order management
• Support export custom declaration and import clearance
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics to maintain optimal service levels

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Regional Logistics Manager role, you bring a wealth of experience in customer service, logistics operations, demand/supply planning, purchasing or global supply chain collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant work experience with prior experience in supply chain management
• Planning, Purchasing or Global Supply Chain collaboration
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills are a must
• SAP experience is highly preferred
