Logistics Supervisor (Industrial Components Manufacturing)

Logistics Specialist Our client is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time, on-site role will be instrumental in managing inbound and outbound logistics from/to the 3PL warehouse operations.

What you'll do:

As a Logistics Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of inventory and stock management. You will work closely with sales, customer service, global procurement, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

• Maintain at least 98% stock availability for standard offer products serving Singapore/Malaysia markets
• Manage relationships with 3PL warehouse & logistics providers
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Act as the main point of contact for the 3PL provider in Singapore
• Understand and maintain standardized KPI template to track supply chain performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in freight, warehousing, and overall supply chain operations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Logistics Specialist role brings a strong background in supply chain management or logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management
• Strong understanding of inventory management, freight, and distribution processes
• Experience in managing 3PL providers and logistics vendors
