What you'll do:
As an Order to Cash Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing the full spectrum of order to cash processes for assigned accounts. You'll be working closely with various internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in monitoring shipment bookings, preparing necessary shipping documents, and managing customer price lists. Your strong analytical skills will come into play as you identify process gaps and work towards improving them. Additionally, your role will involve providing support to the Finance team on sales verification and reconciliation activities.
- Manage all aspects of order management for distributors and key accounts
- Monitor shipment bookings and prepare necessary shipping documents
- Work closely with 3PL Vendors to fulfil customers’ orders requirements
- Manage customer price list/order forms and monitor all last mile delivery KPIs like OTIF
- Provide support to Finance team on sales verification and reconciliation activities
- Identify process gaps and work on process improvements
- Actively work with sales on customers’ needs and liaise closely with factories on any supply issues

The ideal candidate for this Order to Cash Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in similar roles, backed by a diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Accounting. Your excellent leadership abilities, coupled with your strong interpersonal and communication skills, make you a standout candidate. You possess strong analytical skills that aid in identifying process gaps and implementing improvements. Your proficiency in SAP R3, SAP ECC6 and Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management/Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Excellent leadership ability, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong Project Management & process improvement experience
- Good understanding of international shipping documentation
- Proficiency in SAP R3, SAP ECC6 and Microsoft Office
