Supply Chain Manager (Petrochemical) Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee their end-to-end supply chain activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, aligning processes with business objectives, and maintaining seamless communication for customer satisfaction.

  • Expertise in demand planning, inventory replenishment, and managing third-party logistics providers

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes for forecasting product demand, coordinating production schedules with suppliers, implementing inventory control measures, monitoring warehouse waste, establishing relationships with third-party logistics providers, troubleshooting logistics issues, leading a customer service team, and continuously improving customer service processes.

  • Develop and implement processes for forecasting product demand based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  • Coordinate production schedules with suppliers to meet demand forecasts.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Monitor warehouse waste and disposal plan.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics issues, such as delays or disruptions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service executives.
  • Continuously assess and improve customer service processes to optimize efficiency.
